Batley Venue Information
Batley Buggy Club is happy to welcome all racers to our vintage nostalgic weekend meeting.
Site Facilities
The track is to the rear of Thornhill Cricket & Bowling Club which is under 10 mins off the M1 motorway.
On site is a very reasonably priced bar, private function room and changing rooms with WC & showers. There are many local amenities nearby.
Batley Buggy Club members will be on site all weekend should you have any queries or come across any issues.
There will be access to toilet and shower facilities for the duration of the weekend.
There are NO power or water hook up points for Caravans/motorhomes, generators can be used but we ask they are turned off by 10pm.
The club bar will be open on Saturday 12pm till 11pm and Sunday from 12 noon. Important, please advise bar staff that you are with the buggy club when making purchases. This is really important to the club as it ties into our funding for the site.
We request you please support our club and the site, by using the bar and not bringing your own “tinnies and a coolbox”.
Food will be available to purchase on site. Breakfast service until 1pm Saturday and Sunday.
Camping
Please indicate on the booking in form if you want to camp. Camping is not charged for, but please take your litter home, and support our club by buying your drinks from the bar.
Saturday/Sunday Arrivals
The site will be open for arrivals Saturday from 1000hrs, and Sunday 0730hrs.
A club member will be on site to direct you to the parking area for campers or your caravan/motorhome pitch.
